These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Almutafoq mobile application ("App" or "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, OR that you are 13-17 years of age and are the parent or guardian of a user who has consented to their use of the App. If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use immediately.
Account access requires verification via a unique Phone Number and Password for security. You are responsible for:
Each account is for individual use only. You may not share your account credentials, phone number, or password with others. Account sharing may result in immediate suspension or termination.
All users receive free access to 5 flashcards per day. This free tier is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Premium subscriptions are available exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP):
All subscription purchases are processed and managed through your Apple ID. Your iTunes Account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price as the initial subscription.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings. To cancel your subscription:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
The App automatically synchronizes your subscription status with our servers using your phone number. If you have an existing enrollment from our external course program, your full access will be automatically recognized and honored when you sign in to the App. No additional purchase is required if you already have active external enrollment.
All subscription purchases are made through Apple's App Store, and the Developer (Mustafa Rahimoglu) does not have access to or control over refund decisions. All refund requests for In-App Purchases must be directed to Apple Support.

Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours. Refund approval is at Apple's sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscribers until their next renewal period. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the App, but we do not guarantee that:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

All content provided through the App, including but not limited to flashcards, questions, answers, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of Mustafa Rahimoglu or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription or free access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content solely for your personal educational use. You may not:
Any data you create while using the App (such as study progress, flashcard ratings, notes) remains your property. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use this data in anonymized, aggregated form for service improvement and analytics purposes.
"Almutafoq" and the Almutafoq logo are trademarks of Mustafa Rahimoglu. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.
You may terminate your account at any time by:
Upon account deletion, you will lose access to all content, progress, and data associated with your account. Active subscriptions will not be refunded upon voluntary account deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to:

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

The Developer's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding twelve (12) months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
The educational content provided in the App is for informational and study purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the content is error-free or complete. You should not rely solely on the App for exam preparation. We are not responsible for any academic outcomes, test scores, or consequences resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mustafa Rahimoglu, his affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at mustafa.0312j@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good faith effort to resolve any disputes within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Istanbul, Turkey, or remotely via video conference.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of the App due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such events, our performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mustafa Rahimoglu regarding the use of the App, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms and our rights at any time without notice to you. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be void.
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (Apple App Store, RevenueCat, Supabase, Telegram, OneSignal). We are not responsible for:
